Dentistry is my passion, and gives me the greatest sense of satisfaction by allowing me to put smiles on someone’s face. After practicing dentistry in India, I came to the United States, and trained at one of the premier dental schools in the country, the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry.
I have been living in Eau Claire since 2014 and I am excited to join the wonderful team at the Dental Health Centers, where I can perform a variety of dental procedures in patients of all age groups. I am looking forward to working with this amazing group and providing dental care to my patients.
Outside work I enjoy spending time with my husband Dr. Pankaj Bansal and my two little kids Maira and Arjun.

I grew up in Wabasha, Minnesota and attended college at St. Mary’s University.   From there, I attended Dental School at the University of Minnesota, completing my degree in 1994.  After that, I trained at the University of Minnesota in an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program.  In 1998, I relocated to Red Win, Minnesota where I owned my own practice until 2016.   I now work at the Dental Health Centers in the Cadott and Eau Claire offices.  Outside of work, I enjoy boating and spending time with my sons.

Ultimately, I have a passion for helping others and have learned the art of investigating dental conditions, diagnosis and treatment.  I have many years of experience as a dentist, and hope to continue for many more years.  Making patients smile, makes me smile.

Dr. Robin Rott grew up in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. She graduated from Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall, Minnesota with a double major in Biology and Chemistry. She graduated dental school at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, and successfully completed a General Practice Residency in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is excited to be back in the area, and looking forward to forming lasting relationships with her patients.

Dr. Erin Tessendorf has been practicing at Dental Health Center since 2012. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Notre Dame and continued her education at Marquette University School of Dentistry, from which she graduated magna cum laude. Dr. Erin enjoys practicing general dentistry because it gives her the opportunity to perform a variety of procedures and serve a patient population of all ages. She takes pride in individualized patient care and strives to establish and maintain good oral health for all of her patients. Dr. Erin enjoys spending time with her husband, Dr. Tom, daughter, and dog outside of the office.

There is no better feeling than helping someone. It is so rewarding to see the effects of the care and education we provide; there can be such a difference in a patient’s health and happiness, and those improvements are directly related to the treatment we’ve given. I am so happy that I am exposed to so many unique people. I look forward to striking up a conversation with each patent so we can have a good laugh or share something with each other. I feel that I make a new friend everyday as I get to know my patients personally.

Of course having a strong team behind me makes all the difference in our patients’ care. I am very fortunate to have joined a team that is so extraordinary. They deliver care that exceeds all expectations, all with passion toward each patient’s health and experience in our office.

As a native of Eau Claire, I attended Eau Claire Memorial high school and the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire where I graduated with a chemistry/biology double major. I then moved to Milwaukee, where I attended dental school at Marquette University. I feel it is important to keep up with technologies and different techniques so I can customize each patient’s care. Everyone is unique, and I wanted to make sure I am well versed in all possible treatment options.

In order to maintain my knowledge of the best treatments available, it is essential to continue my education in all aspects of general dentistry, orthodontics, sedation, endodontics, and oral surgery. I am also involved in numerous professional organization, including the American Dental Association, the Wisconsin Dental Association, and the American Association of Endodontists. These provide me with many opportunities to continue my education and active within my profession.

I am so happy to have returned to the area to practice dentistry and start my family. I love spending with with family and friends and I love to be outdoors. If I am not at work, I am normally doing something physical, such as cross-country skiing, playing ping pong, ice fishing, or working out. Recently I have picked up gardening and wood working, and I love to grill out in the summer.

I have been practicing for over 40 years and feel that my patients are my family. I really love getting to know them personally and always look forward to telling them a joke or two. I have been fortunate to meet some of the most amazing people through the care I provide. The patients and those that serve alongside me are the reason I love coming to work every day.  Ours is an office dedicated to quality, compassionate, gentle care. Though we have the latest technology, it is really our friendly staff and doctors and shared sense of mission that makes the difference.

We have been told time and time again that people look forward to coming into the Dental Health Center for their appointments simply because they know they are going to have a lot of fun. Patients tend to stick around for a while after their procedure so they can continue to laugh and hang out with our doctors and staff. That’s not something a lot of people associate with a trip to the dentist.

I attended Marquette Dental School and graduated in 1979. Beyond general dentistry, my education includes orthodontics, laser dentistry, TMJ disorders, sedation dentistry, sleep apnea solutions, and much more. To be the best doctor I can be for my patients, I strive to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.

I enjoy spending time with my family including my wife, Jaque, my two sons, Dr. Thomas and Aaron. I also have three beautiful grandchildren that are my world. By far, my favorite leisure activity is golf!
